How are Puffs / Cigs / Pouches Not Taken calculated?

This is estimated based on your baseline nicotine use from onboarding (device or nicotine type, strength, and how quickly you go through it). Every day since your quit date, your full daily baseline is credited as "not taken."

Does not logging anything mean I had a clean day?

No. If you don't log anything for a day, that day is simply skipped! It doesn't count as clean and it doesn't count as use. To get credit for a clean day you forgot to log, use "Missed a Day? Fix it Here," leave everything at zero, and hit Save.

Do Jones mints count as nicotine?

Yes, mints contain nicotine (2mg or 4mg) and are tracked as NRT use. A day where you used mints counts as vape-free (if you didn't vape), but does not count as nicotine-free.
