What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered or is missing?Updated 5 months ago

If your package has not been delivered by the expected date, please check your tracking information, which was emailed to you. In some cases, orders may still be in transit but will arrive soon. If your package has been marked as delivered and you have not received it, please ensure that the delivery address is correct and check with USPS or other mail recipients, like your doorman doorman or local USPS pickup facility. In rare cases, an order can be marked as delivered and arriver a few days later if the individual delivering your package marks your package as delivered incorrectly. 

If you can't find your tracking information, or if you believe your order is lost, please email us at [email protected] with your order number (or other identifying information like your email, phone number, shipping address, etc.) and we will help you with next steps to resolve the issue.
