Order confirmations are emailed to the email address provided at checkout. If you have placed an order and do not receive a confirmation email, it's possible you used an alternative email or made a typo. Please verify that your email address was correctly entered during the purchase. Reach out to us ([email protected]) with your full name, any possible email address you could have used, and additional information we can use to verify your order (phone number, address, etc.). We can update your details in our system and resend any confirmation emails along with tracking updates to your corrected email address.
