The colors on the calendar refelct the mood you selected that day in your daily check in. Purple for not great, orange for spiraling, blue for so-so, pink for solid, green for good, and yellow for great. A neutral color means you didn't complete a Daily Check-In, but you still have data recorded on that day. A red dot represents a day that has no data logged.
