At Jones, we’re here to support you along your quitting journey. We do not offer refunds or returns once your order has been shipped. If you have any concerns about your order, please email us at [email protected].

Cancellations

We’ll always do our best to accommodate cancellations, but once an order is confirmed we can’t guarantee it’s possible. Once our warehouse begins preparing your order, cancellations are no longer available.

Timing:

• Orders placed after 10:00 AM ET are packed the following day. If you contact us that same afternoon, we may be able to intercept it before fulfillment.

• Orders placed early in the morning may be fulfilled same day, meaning we likely won’t be able to cancel.

How to request a cancellation:
Email our team at [email protected] as soon as possible. If we’re able to cancel, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

Important:
If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation email, your order has been fulfilled and can no longer be cancelled.
