To update the payment method or shipping address for your Jones subscription:

1. Login to your Jones account - https://quitwithjones.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access

2. On the right hand said, click "Address & payment details"

3. Click either "Manage addresses" or "Manage payment methods"

4. Make any necessary changes

If you do not have a Jones subscription (because you've made one-time purchases with us), please email us at [email protected] and we can update the card or default address we have on file for you.

Please note that updating your shipping address will only change the shipping address for future subscription orders, but not for an order that has already been confirmed.
