For one-time orders

Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and a description of your request. We’ll always try to accommodate changes, but we can’t guarantee them once your order is confirmed. Once our warehouse begins preparing your order, no edits or cancellations can be made.

For subscriptions

Our support team can help with any subscription change — including canceling, skipping a shipment, changing your delivery frequency, updating your shipping address, or changing your next charge date. Just reach out via email at [email protected] or through our chat and we’ll take care of it for you.

Please note that subscription changes only apply to future orders. If an order has already been confirmed, it has begun processing and cannot be changed.
