How do I edit my Jones subscription?Updated 12 days ago

To edit your Jones subscription:

1. Login to your Jones account - https://quitwithjones.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access

2. On the right hand said, click "Manage subscriptions"

3. Here, you can edit the quantity, strength (2mg or 4mg), and frequency of your Jones orders.
4. To edit your mint flavor, please click "Swap this for a different product" and follow the next steps.

Please note that editing your Jones subscription only edits future orders. If your order has already been confirmed, any edits you make to your subscription will not apply to this order – your order has already begun processing. If you'd like to edit an order that has already been confirmed, please reach out to [email protected] to request the change as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee edits for any orders that have already been confirmed.
