To cancel your Jones subscription:

1. Login to your Jones account - https://quitwithjones.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access

2. On the right hand said, click "Manage subscriptions"

3. Click "Manage this subscription"

4. Scroll down and click "Cancel Subscription"

Please note that canceling your Jones subscription only cancels any future orders. Canceling your subscription does not undo or cancel orders that have already been confirmed – these orders have been placed and will begin processing immediately. If you'd like to cancel an order that has already been confirmed, please reach out to [email protected] to request a cancellation as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee refunds or cancellations for any orders that have already been confirmed.
