Why do I see that another order was confirmed a month after I placed my first order?Updated 2 months ago

We offer two purchase options on our website: one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions, clearly indicated on our product page.

If you notice an unexpected Jones order, it may be because your first purchase was made as a subscription. We send reminder emails 3 days before each subscription renewal so you have time to cancel or skip an upcoming order.

Managing your subscription:

  • To stop a refill from processing, cancel your subscription or skip the order before it’s confirmed.

  • If a subscription order is processed before you cancel, we cannot guarantee a refund. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible if this happens.
