What is your cancellation policy?Updated 2 months ago

We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations, but once an order is confirmed, we can’t guarantee modifications will be possible. Once your order is fulfilled, cancellations are no longer available.

Timing:

  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM ET are packed the following day. If you place an order in the afternoon and contact us that same day, we may still be able to intercept it before fulfillment the next morning.

  • Orders placed early in the morning may be fulfilled the same day, which means we likely won’t be able to cancel them.

How to request a cancellation:
Email our team at [email protected] as soon as possible with your request. If we’re able to cancel your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

Important:
If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation email, your order has been fulfilled and can no longer be cancelled.
