Over time, you'll spot your patterns, understand your triggers, and build real awareness around your habit. As you hit your goals, you'll unlock new levels and milestones to keep the momentum going. And when cravings hit, the app's quitting toolkit has your back: Quittle (a game built to distract you through a craving), box breathing exercises, the Jones Journal, and Coach Jones, our AI chatbot available 24/7 for CBT-based support and encouragement. The app is judgement-free, and allows you to quit or cut back in whatever way is right for you.
