What do the colors mean on my calendar?Updated 11 days ago

The colors on the calendar refelct the mood you selected that day in your daily check in. Purple for not great, orange for spiraling, blue for so-so, pink for solid, green for good, and yellow for great. A neutral color means you didn't complete a daily check-in, but you still have data recorded on that day. A red dot represents a day that has no data logged.
